Below are some tutorials we've created to help you with this system. These flash tutorials will display in a new browser window.  At the bottom of the video frame you will see a VCR-like control bar that allows you to control the playback.

If you have a smaller monitor and the tutorial appears too big, you may wish to put your browser in full screen mode. Both IE and Firefox allow you to do this by pressing F11. After viewing, you can press F11 again to bring back the toolbars.

Note: We're still tweaking the site so you may see instances where labels or colors have changed from when the tutorial was created.
